B.Com is a simplified undergraduate degree programme which covers the overall view of all the subjects taught in commerce. B.Com (Hons) is an undergraduate degree programme that is designed to inculcate business and key principles related to it in trade perspective.
Student cannot specialise in any particular or specific subject. In honors students have the option to specialise in a specific subject like accountancy, taxation etc.
The cut off percentage is relatively lower which is 45% minimum. The cut off is comparatively higher compared to b.com which is 85% minimum.
Career prospects and job profiles for both the degrees are same considering students with Honors are given more preference. Many companies and industries prefer BCom Honors graduates background due to their advanced training and expertise in one particular field.
